AHADA mission is to provide accommodation for everyone regardless of their background, which is why we are keen to lease properties from owners/landlords

What Ahada offers

We going to lease the property and guarantee the agreed rent for a certain period. During the lease, the owner is liable for the structural work, and for anything else Ahada will take responsibility for.

During the lease, Ahada will use the properties to house individuals and households on a temporary (maximum 2 years) basis. If the property is big enough it might be converted to HMO.
